Cheryl Hintz
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Hintz is an accomplished executive with over 40 years’ experience in the financial service industry, driving business strategy to achieve optimal performance. She recently retired from U.S. Bank where her responsibilities included improving profitability through economic analysis and leveraging strategic partnerships.
Cheryl has a bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Finance from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She moved to Blount County in 2016 where she currently resides with her husband, David and intellectually disabled son, Richie.
Nikki Goodwin
Chief Operations Officer
Nikki Goodwin has devoted her life to improving the lives of the intellectually disabled and her community. She has served on multiple boards and committees within her church and Blount County. Exceptional leadership and relationship management skills combined with her passion to help others is the perfect blend to successfully lead and grow SOAR TN. The Goodwin family resides in Alcoa with her daughter Mia and son Rashad who has intellectual disabilities.
